Cascade Vocational Services is guided by the belief that the common everyday questions “Where do you work?” and “What do you do?” are the two that most define us in our culture today.

Since 1993, with a committed vision and clear philosophy, our staff has been helping people with disabilities to acquire job skills and training, receive wages and benefits and gain greater independence.

Cascade Vocational Services is not your traditional nonprofit. Our staff members are a passionate, dedicated group of individuals that believe people with disabilities deserve a hand up, not a hand out.

While our main goal is always to help people with disabilities find long-term employment, we are also deeply committed to increasing awareness and inspiring more community inclusion for the people we serve. We invite you join us and take part in inspiration and change.
